Privacy Policy

• Creative content: your prompts, reference images and generated results, to create, save and deliver images.
• Usage information: information about the app, its network connection and how it is used. We use this information to deliver the service, manage generation limits, understand how users reach us and prevent misuse.
• Reports and feedback: your descriptions, relevant image previews, necessary usage information and contact details, to handle content reports, technical issues and privacy requests.

After you explicitly consent and request generation, we send your prompt, style and image settings to Volcengine / Doubao. Image-to-image requests also include the reference image you choose. This data is used to generate your image and perform necessary safety checks. See the Volcengine Privacy Policy for provider information.

You may decline AI consent or withdraw it in Settings. Selecting a photo or granting photo access does not authorize an AI upload. After withdrawal, new generation requests require consent again.

We do not sell personal information or use your creative content to build advertising profiles or train our own models. We do not automatically publish private creations. Using the service for free does not remove your lawful rights in your materials or creations.

We request photo, camera, microphone or storage access only when needed to select, capture or save media. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Declining a permission affects only the related features.

Cloudflare provides our cloud infrastructure. We disclose only necessary information to providers that help deliver the service and require them to process it for the agreed purposes with appropriate protection. When you choose to share an image, your selected recipient receives that content. We may also disclose information as required by law.

Favorites, drafts, preferences and downloaded creations are mainly stored on your device. Records processed by our servers, such as generation usage, access sources and content reports, are kept only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements. We then delete them or remove information that can identify you, as required. We use appropriate encryption in transit and access controls to protect information.

You can delete drafts and creations in the app, withdraw AI consent, and contact us to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of personal information. We request only the information needed to verify your request and respond within applicable legal time limits.

Deleting local creations or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete uploaded reports, server records or third-party copies. Contact us to request deletion of that information.

LoraPixl is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not offer the service to children under 16. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent, obtain it before the relevant processing. Contact us if a child’s information has been submitted improperly. We will notify you of material changes affecting your privacy and obtain renewed consent where required.
